Specicon AI ("Specicon", "we") provides decision infrastructure that matches people to products, with a reason attached. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the Specicon platform used by our business customers.

2. Information we collect

On this website: contact details you submit (name, work email, company) and standard usage data (pages visited, device and browser type). On the platform: behavioral, contextual and intent signals that our customers send us to power decisions for their end users.

3. Decision data and the User Barcode™

The User Barcode™ is a pseudonymous, dimensional representation of preference signals. It is built to make decisions explainable — not to identify individuals across services. We do not sell it, rent it, or use one customer's decision data to serve another customer.

4. How we use information

To operate and improve the service, respond to enquiries, compute and explain matches, monitor quality against holdout controls, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

5. Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors that host and operate our infrastructure, under contracts that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Platform decision data is retained per each customer's configuration and deleted or anonymized at contract end.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and logged — the same permission model our Enterprise customers use is the one we run internally.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we will respond within the timelines your local law requires.

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and note the change prominently on this page.
